Planning an event comes with a lot of moving pieces, and we want the bar service side to feel simple and clear. Browse the questions below to learn more about our mobile bartending services, what’s included, and how booking works.
We provide bar services for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, corporate functions, retirement celebrations and any other event where bar and beverage service is desired.
We book events in many cities in and around the West Valley including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tucson, Goodyear, Buckeye, Surprise, Peoria and many more!
Our standard mobile bar top is 6.5 ft long, 3 ft tall and 1.5 ft wide. We would also need a few feet of space behind the mobile bar top to work and store equipment and materials. We can also do event specific mobile bar tops which can vary in size.
Yes, our minimum charge for bartending services is for 3 hours and up to 25 people. Our hourly bartending service comes standard with travel to and from event, setup/breakdown, bar tools as well as non-alcohol beverage service.
Yes. Additional service hours may be added depending on your event needs and package selection. The services page and quote process both position hours of service as an important part of planning and pricing.
We provide the bartending services and can also provide a mobile bar top, ice, coolers, disposable glassware, drink mixers/garnishes, bar napkins, straws and drink menus if desired by the client. We can also assist in creating a shopping list for the alcohol based on the client's drink choices. We also have optional add-ons such as non-alcoholic cocktail menus and a themed/branded bar station.
We can serve a wide range of drinks including canned/bottled beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages/cocktails.
Yes, our experience gives us a wide range of knowledge to pull from to create custom cocktails based on your specific requests.
Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot provide the alcohol for your event. Alcohol must be provided by the client, caterer or the venue hosting your event.
No, we cannot accept any form of payment for serving individual alcoholic beverages at your event due to licensing restrictions.
No, we will not serve alcohol to guests who are not legally allowed to drink. We will ask for proper identification just as if we were serving inside a commercial establishment. We take great pride in serving safely and responsibly.
Yes, we carry both General and Liquor Liability insurance.
To secure our services for your event a 50%, non-refundable retainer is required within 72 hours of signing the service agreement. The remaining 50% balance is due no less than 14 days prior to your event date. Postponements are handled on a case by case basis.
To get the most accurate recommendation, be ready to share your event date, venue, guest count, event type, and desired hours of bar service.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather, but we will work with you to ensure our services are still available and performed at your event. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
